Data:

  • The slide rule and cursor frame are made entirely of German silver.
  • The dovetail shaped slide/body interface (picture 5a) is new and unique to me.
  • The upper of the two “π” characters (picture 7a) has a faint loop in the tail, suggesting D&P.
  • The font of the numbers tells me nothing, but perhaps someone else will notice something.
  • The scales are exactly 25 cm long.
  • The slide rule is not as thick as a wooden Mannheim of the same dimensions, but is still much thicker and heavier than it needs to be for normal durability.
  • Both rulers are cm, no inches.
