   This is a model LSLO-250-10 according to the Soviet Union Standard GOST 5161 of 1957, a Rietz model. The actual manufacturer / factory is only of secondary significance; the key characteristics like sizes, scales, marks, materials, etc, as well as some mechanical requirements are defined by that standard.
